This Privacy Policy explains how ALTIOR Virtual Marketing, LLC ("ALTIOR," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Elite Prompt Builder on the web or through our mobile application (collectively, the "Service").
Account and Google sign-in data. If you choose Sign in with Google, we request only the basic OpenID Connect scopes needed to authenticate you: openid, email, and profile. Google may provide your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google account content.
Content you provide. We collect prompts, prompt inputs and outputs, saved presets, brand profiles, reference documents, feedback, support messages, and other content you choose to submit.
Subscription and transaction data. We receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan, and limited billing metadata from Stripe or an applicable mobile app marketplace. Payment processors receive your payment details; we do not store complete card numbers.
Technical data. We and our service providers may process IP address, browser or device type, operating system, timestamps, app version, authentication and security logs, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the Service.
We use information to authenticate users; create and manage accounts; generate, save, and organize prompts; apply brand profiles and reference documents; provide subscriptions and purchased features; respond to support and deletion requests; maintain security; diagnose errors; enforce our Terms; comply with law; and improve the Service.
When you intentionally use an AI-assisted feature, the prompt, instructions, brand information, or reference content needed for that request may be sent to an AI model provider through our service platform to return the requested result.
Google user data is used only to let you sign in, identify your account, display your account information, prevent fraud, and provide the user-facing Service you request.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer it except to service providers acting on our behalf, when necessary for security or legal compliance, as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards, or at your direction and with your consent.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We share information only as needed with vendors that help us provide the Service, including Base44 for application hosting, authentication, database, and platform functions; Cloudflare R2 for private document storage; Stripe or an applicable mobile marketplace for payments; and AI or email service providers used to fulfill features you request.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, to investigate abuse or fraud, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Uploaded reference documents are stored in private cloud storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and legal safeguards for international transfers.
We retain account data and user content while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After a verified deletion request, we aim to delete or de-identify account data and user content within 30 days, subject to technical limitations and lawful exceptions.
We may retain limited records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten under our normal backup cycle.
You can request deletion from Settings inside the app or through our public account deletion page. Deleting your Elite Prompt Builder account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by a third party; cancel it through the original billing provider as well.
You may access and update certain account information in the Service. You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion by emailing support@elitepromptbuilder.com. Rights vary by location, and we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You can revoke Elite Prompt Builder's access to your Google account from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops future Google sign-in authorization but does not itself delete your Elite Prompt Builder account.
We use essential cookies and similar local storage technologies for authentication, security, interface preferences, and navigation state. We do not use advertising cookies.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
We may update this Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated date here and provide additional notice when a change is material.
