Delete your Elite Prompt Builder account

You can request deletion from inside the app or by contacting our support team.

Request deletion in the app

  1. Sign in to Elite Prompt Builder.
  2. Open Settings and find Delete Account.
  3. Review the consequences, check the confirmation box, type DELETE, and submit the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Elite Prompt Builder account deletion request.”

What will be deleted

After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify your account profile, saved prompts, brand profiles, uploaded reference documents, knowledge-base content, and purchase-entitlement records that are not legally required.

What may be retained

We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records where required by law or necessary to protect the Service. Backup copies may remain until overwritten under our normal backup cycle. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Stripe or an app marketplace. Cancel it through the original billing provider to prevent future renewal.
